Faulty or Incorrect Products

Warranty
Warranty coverage varies depending on the original manufacturer.
If you believe a product is faulty and covered by warranty, please submit a claim by emailing:

Warranty Outcomes
Where a valid warranty claim is approved, we may:
🔁 Replace the faulty product with a like-for-like or suitable alternative
🛠️ Repair the item via the manufacturer or authorised service agent
💳 Refund the cost of the item (excluding shipping) if replacement or repair is not possible
Shipping for Warranty Claims
You may be required to return the product to us or a nominated service agent for inspection.
Return shipping costs are not covered under warranty
Shipping costs may be reimbursed only if the product is confirmed to be faulty
